Dinner/Dance
The Polish
Home Club, 512 S. Broadway (Fells Point) is holding a dinner/dance on
Sunday, Nov. 11, from 1 - 6 p.m. Ticket price is $20 in advance and
$22 at the door and includes dinner and dessert served to the table
at 1 p.m. Polka and American music by J O Y from 2 - 6 p.m. on the "Best
Wooden Dance Floor" in Baltimore. Also included is a limited open bar,

Bull Roast
Fundraiser
The bull roast
will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11, from 5 - 9 p.m. at the Glen Burnie
Elks Lodge. The fundraiser is to help Josh Jones's mounting medical
costs. The 26-year-old has fast-spreading cancer of the lymph nodes.
The cost of each ticket is $50 and will include music by DJ, door prizes,
raffles, gaming wheel and silent auction, as well as a roasted pig,
beer and set-ups and desserts. This is a wonderful opportunity for the
community to come to the aid of someone who always came to the aid of

57th Annual
Turkey Dinner
Turkey dinner
will be held at Saint Francis of Assisi, 3615 Harford Road on Sunday,
Nov. 11, from 12:30 - 6 p.m. Cost is $13 for adults (age 12 and older),
$6 for children (under age 12) and free (children under 3). Carry outs
are $1 extra. Complete turkey dinner with all the trimmings. The event
will feature a craft sale, cake & toy wheels. There will also be Cash
raffle: first prize - $500, second prize - $250 & third prize - $100.
