Linwood Ave. on Friday evening, March 15, from 7 - 9 p.m. with shamrock punch, cookies, pot-of-gold, guessing contest and our famous green ice, all this for only $4 admission and $2 skate rental if needed. Quarter Auction The quarter auction to benefit local soccer teams will be held on Friday, March 15 at the FOP Lodge 34, 730 Wampler Road. Doors open at 6 p.m., auction starts at 7 p.m. Some vendors will include: Gift Card Bonanza, Snack Attack, Lia Sophia, Scentsy, Purses, Pampered Chef, Tupperware and more! Reserving seats in advance is recommended! Food and snacks will be for sale. Advance tickets are $5 and will include three paddles. Flea Market The flea market will be held on March 16 at Christian Community Church (UCC), 155 Orville Road, from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Zion UCC Bingo There will be a cash bingo hosted by Zion UCC, 7146 Golden Ring Road, in the lower hall of the Church School Building on March 16, starting at 1 p.m. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase. St. Patrick's Day Party Essex American Legion Post 148, 20 S. Marlyn Ave. will have a Corned Beef and Cabbage platter on Sunday, March 17, from noon until exhausted. Donation is $6 per person.
